A legal disclaimer

I understand that Reiki is a simple, gentle, hands-on energy technique that is used for stress reduction and relaxation.

I understand that Reiki practitioners do not diagnose conditions nor do they prescribe or perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional.

I understand that Reiki does not take the place of medical care. It is recommended that I see a licensed physician or licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological ailment I may have.

I understand that Reiki can complement any medical or psychological care I may be receiving. I also understand that the body has the ability to heal itself and to do so, complete relaxation is often beneficial.

I acknowledge that long term imbalances in the body sometimes require multiple sessions in order to facilitate the level of relaxation needed by the body to heal itself.

Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: Start of Program/Service

Provider: Sacred Soul Harmonics LLC (also referred to as ‘Sacred Soul Harmonics’)

By enrolling in any of the programs or services offered by the provider, you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Nature of Services (Scope of Practice)

This program/service may include, but is not limited to:

• Reiki / energy healing

• Sound healing

• Breathwork

• Meditation

• Tarot & intuitive guidance

• Spiritual education and integrative practices

These services are spiritual, educational, and supportive in nature. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, or legal care.

You understand that:

• No diagnosis, treatment, or cure of any disease or mental health condition is being offered.

• You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental well-being during and after sessions.

• You are encouraged to seek licensed medical or mental health professionals when appropriate.

2. Client Responsibility & Readiness

By joining, you confirm that:

• You are mentally and emotionally stable enough to engage in personal growth work.

• You will communicate openly about triggers, boundaries, and needs.

• You take full responsibility for your choices, actions, and integration of insights.

This container supports self-discovery and empowerment, not dependency.

3. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required in advance to secure your space.

Failure to complete payments may result in:

• Pausing sessions

• Termination of the container without refund

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy (Important)

Due to the significance of this sacred container, the following policy applies:

Client Cancellation

• Once the program or service begins, all payments are non-refundable.

• If you cancel after the start date, you are still responsible for the full investment.

• If you cancel before the container begins:

• More than 7 business days prior: refund minus an admin fee (or credit applied for future services).

• Less than 7 days prior: no refund

Provider Cancellation

If I must cancel due to emergency or unforeseen circumstances:

• You will be offered rescheduled sessions or,

• A prorated refund for any unused sessions

5. Rescheduling and Pause Policy

• You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Missed sessions or late cancellations (under 24 hours) are forfeited.

• One (1) grace reschedule may be offered at my discretion for emergencies.

• One pause of up to 30 days is allowed at my discretion.

6. Confidentiality

All sessions are confidential and held in sacred trust.

Exceptions include:

• Risk of harm to self, or others

• Legal requirements

You agree not to record sessions without explicit consent.

7. Boundaries & Sacred Container Agreement

This is a professional spiritual container.

There is no sexual, romantic, or dual relationship permitted.

Any violation of boundaries may result in termination of services without refund.

8. Entheogenic & Plant Medicine Disclaimer (If Applicable)

Any education, spiritual discussion, or integration support around plant medicines or entheogenic experiences is:

• For educational and spiritual integration purposes only

• Not encouragement, facilitation, or provision of illegal substances

• The Client is solely responsible for understanding and complying with local, state, and federal laws

No substances are provided, supplied, or administered by the Provider.

9. No Guarantees

Spiritual growth, healing, clarity, or transformation cannot be guaranteed.

Results vary based on personal commitment, readiness, and integration.

10. Termination of Program or Service

I reserve the right to terminate service if:

• The Client violates boundaries;

• Payment terms are not honored;

• The conditions of the work are no longer aligned or safe.

No refunds will be issued in these cases.

11. Liability Waiver

By participating, you release the Provider from any liability related to:

• Emotional releases

• Physical sensations

• Life changes resulting from personal growth work

You participate at your own discretion and responsibility.

12. Further Disclaimers

• The website owner has the right to change the offerings posted on this site.

• The website owner claims full intellectual property of all media, writing, and other features created by the owner or employees and found on this site.

13. Agreement

By signing up for these services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
