Integrated Intentions

We will begin the evening with connection & intention setting followed by breathwork to release, reset, and create space for what you're calling in. Our sound bath will immerse you in healing vibrations to calm your mind & open your heart. We will then have a manifestation reiki meditation to receive energy, clarity, and alignment as you visualize your desires & step into your next chapter. We will conclude with sealing your intention with a permanent bracelet of your choice, a lasting reminder of your commitment to yourself.

Please bring a yoga mat, light blanket, water, and other comforts you may need for sitting or laying down in meditation.
